Do I Have a Case?

Do I have a case?

You may be wondering if you need the services of a lawyer.

The is the single largest FAQ we face at the law office.

This video explains the basic information a personal injury attorney will need to know before determining if you have a case or not stemming from an auto accident.

You are a person, not a case number.

At the Law Offices of Michael D. Weinreb, you will experience something refreshing, a sincere interest in your case and you as a person. It is how I’ve practiced law since I began practicing law in 1988. I’m aggressive in defending your interests, whether your damages were incurred as a result of an auto accident, a slip and fall or any injury that is due to the gross negligence of another. Some lawyers pass on your case to a paralegal or junior staff member or oversee your case only if it goes to court. I will never do that. My commitment is to you; from the moment you pick up the phone and call me or email to request a consultation.

Whether your case is settled out of court, through negotiation or mediation, or we take it to the highest court your case allows, I will be by your side to provide expert legal advice and personal support.

You pay nothing unless we win.

I work on a contingency fee basis. That means, if there is no award, you will not be charged a fee. I believe in the cases I accept so much that I advance all relevant costs, including fees for expert witnesses. I will NEVER ask you to advance money for investigation, experts or any other out of pocket costs.
